For monthly Starter and Pro subscriptions:
The Free plan does not involve payment and therefore refund policies do not apply.
Additional token packs are one-time purchases of consumable digital credits. Token pack purchases are non-refundable, including any unused tokens.
While fees are non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional cases such as a prolonged service outage that prevents use of the service, or a duplicate or erroneous charge. If you experience a technical issue, contact support at support@offnadir-lab.com and we will work to resolve it. Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not establish an entitlement to refunds in other situations.
