Refund Policy

1. Overview

Off-Nadir Delta is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly Starter and Pro subscriptions:

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Refunds are prorated based on actual usage (tokens consumed)
  • Recurring monthly payments are not eligible for refunds after the 7-day period
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

2.2 Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve payment and therefore refund policies do not apply.

3. Token Pack Refunds

Additional token packs purchased separately:

  • Unused token packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
  • Partial refunds are available if less than 20% of tokens have been used
  • Fully consumed token packs are not eligible for refunds

4. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service:

  • Contact support immediately at support@offnadir-lab.com
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a prorated refund may be issued
  • Refunds for service issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Billing settings
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
  • No refund is provided for the remainder of the current billing period

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@offnadir-lab.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email and order details
  3. Provide a brief explanation of your refund request
  4. We will respond within 3-5 business days

7. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated
  • Bank processing times may vary

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Tokens that have already been consumed
  • Subscription fees beyond the initial 7-day period (except for service issues)
  • Processing fees charged by third-party payment processors
  • Services used in violation of our Terms of Service

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Investigation and potential permanent ban
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback costs

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
