Refund Policy

1. Overview

Off-Nadir Delta is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.

2. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly Starter and Pro subscriptions:

  • All subscription fees, including the initial payment and recurring monthly payments, are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refund or credit is provided for the unused portion of the current billing period after cancellation
  • Starter and Pro include a free 3-day trial: if you cancel during the trial before any charge is made, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund

2.2 Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve payment and therefore refund policies do not apply.

3. Token Packs

Additional token packs are one-time purchases of consumable digital credits. Token pack purchases are non-refundable, including any unused tokens.

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and may include a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period
  • Downgrades and cancellations do not generate a refund or credit for fees already paid

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While fees are non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional cases such as a prolonged service outage that prevents use of the service, or a duplicate or erroneous charge. If you experience a technical issue, contact support at support@offnadir-lab.com and we will work to resolve it. Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not establish an entitlement to refunds in other situations.

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Billing settings
  • Open the billing portal and follow the cancellation instructions
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
  • No refund is provided for the remainder of the current billing period

7. Refund Processing (Approved Refunds)

Where a refund is approved under Section 5 or required by applicable law:

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you. Where such laws require a refund or other remedy that cannot be waived, those rights take precedence over this policy.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Investigation and potential permanent ban
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback costs

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
