Off-Nadir Delta provides a cloud-based WebGIS platform for satellite imagery analysis. Our service enables users to access, visualize, and analyze Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 satellite data through a subscription-based model.

Pricing

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All payment information is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the date of purchase. Charges occur automatically on the same day each month.

Free Trial

The Starter and Pro plans include a free 3-day trial. A valid payment method is collected at sign-up but is not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins and the monthly fee is charged to your payment method. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge. The Free plan requires no payment method.

Service Delivery

Service access is granted immediately upon sign-up (including during the free first month). Monthly tokens are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle and reset monthly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy Summary

• All subscription fees (initial and recurring) are non-refundable
• No refund or credit is provided for the remaining period after cancellation; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Token packs, including unused tokens, are non-refundable
• Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases (e.g., prolonged outage or duplicate charge) or where required by applicable law

Special Terms and Conditions

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled
• Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period
• Additional token packs may be purchased as needed
• Service availability is subject to our Terms of Service
